Hi, I’m Itsuo Yamashita, founder of ZenCubic. I’m based in Japan, and I personally handle the research, supplier outreach and sourcing work behind each request.
If you are looking for a Japanese product that is difficult to find, hard to buy in small quantities, or not actively sold overseas, I can help you explore practical sourcing options directly from Japan.
Before starting my business, I spent 18 years in Japan’s fire and emergency services, including frontline response, team leadership and administrative coordination. That experience still shapes how I work today: stay practical, communicate clearly and follow through carefully.
ZenCubic is intentionally small. That means you are not passed between departments—you communicate directly with the person doing the sourcing, and small test orders or niche requests are welcome.

Can you source products that are not available internationally?
Yes. This is one of the main types of requests we are interested in. We can research products and suppliers available primarily within Japan.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. ZenCubic is particularly interested in working with independent retailers, online stores and specialty businesses.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no universal ZenCubic MOQ. Minimum quantities depend on the Japanese supplier and product.
Can you source from multiple Japanese suppliers?
Depending on the project, we can explore sourcing and consolidation options involving multiple suppliers.
Can you guarantee that every Japanese product can be exported?
No. Some products are subject to manufacturer restrictions, intellectual property rights, export rules or destination-country regulations. Availability and feasibility are checked case by case.
